Between exams, papers, and maintaining an active social life, many college students feel they can’t find the time to keep up on personal health and wellness until an illness catches hold and stops them in their tracks. Illness often prevents students from attending class, hinders productivity, and can decrease the quality of their school work.
It is important for students to care for themselves.
